Not to worry! If an item is sold out, that just means that I can create a brand new item just for you. Please use the contact form to get in touch and tell me what you’re interested in, and I’ll be back with you momentarily.

How long do custom orders take?

Each piece is unique and hand crafted to be one of a kind. Custom orders take 4-8 weeks from the start date. I’ll keep you updated each step of the way!

Is Biglou pottery dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes! You can put your new mug in the microwave for a warm up of your preferred beverage, and your new platters will clean up nicely in the dishwasher.

Do you offer local pickup?

If you're local to Greenville, SC, you can select local pickup for no additional charge. My home studio is in Greenville, SC and just 3 minutes North of Cherrydale towards Travelers Rest. When placing your order, choose local pickup, and I'll get in touch with pickup details through the contact email you provide.
